Silent Sunday: Cleaning windows

There’s definitely something about taking the Christmas decorations down that makes decluttering seem like a good idea. At my office tower, too, there’s been a bout of spring cleaning. They finally got round to washing the windows – no mean feat when you work on the 24th floor.

  1. That must be a year round job on some of the tall buildings – no sooner to they get to the top than it is time to start again at the bottom! 🙂

    Wow, it’s really nice to have stumbled upon your blog and reading the all too familiar feelings and thoughts an Expat would have living here in UAE. I am from UK and since moving up here with my family a couple of years back it’s been the same thing. Our tower had the most disgusting windows lol until a few weeks ago 😉
