I’ll never forget the first time I saw the A380 in the sky, and to be honest, I still wonder how the giant gets off the ground – truly amazing. To my DH, it’s all in a day’s work and I loved this photo he took of the underside of the nose.

We saw one when we were at the airport on the way to Hong Kong. It made our own jet look tiny by comparison! Great photo in the cockpit, btw!
Thanks! There are so many A380s here, its size has started to look normal now – funny how your perspective changes!

Thank you!
Nice to see face behind the blog. I’ve always wanted to have my photo taken in the cockpit.
Thanks! I really dislike photos of me, but I did like all the buttons on this one! You should ask to have your photo taken in the cockpit next time…They’re allowed visitors on the ground. Not in flight obviously, but it’s really fun to go in before or after!
I love flying in the A380, my dads a pilot (for leisure) so I’ve always had a deep interest in planes and quite frankly I get excited being able to identify that it’s a glass cockpit. ^_^ such a nerd,
Great blog by the way!

Not a nerd at all! I get excited when I can tell the difference between a 777 and an A330! Thanks for stopping by and your kind comment about my blog 🙂
